CEUI Local 511 will be continuing the tradition of awarding scholarship money to deserving children of active members. We will be offering four (4) $2500 scholarships to high school seniors whose parents are members of CEUI Local 511.

Care Compass
Care Compass is the website for State of Connecticut health benefits information. Benefits communications from the state will also display the Care Compass logo. You can access the Care Compass website at www.carecompass.ct.gov to get information about medical, prescription drug and dental coverage and rates. The Health Navigator is a resource available by phone at
1-866-611-8005. You can also connect to the Health Navigator via email or online messenger chat from the Care Compass website. The Health Navigator can help you find in-network providers and answer benefits questions.
CEUI active employees and retirees who retired after October 1, 2011, and are not on Medicare are covered under the State health insurance Health Enhancement Plan (HEP). The Health Enhancement Plan provides numerous benefits to our members such as:
Improved health outcomes for our family members
Lives saved through improved chronic disease care and screenings
Savings to the State and our members in current and future premiums
Members are also required to meet the HEP requirements and can stay up to date on their compliance status which can be checked by their web site or contacting the call center.
